What customer say - Contact to support team via email after a problem with the product (outdoor transmitter). Fast, friendly and helpful assistance from support. The replacement of the device was offered directly, the replacement device arrived within a few days and works perfectly. Received regular information from the support team about the current status, the status of the shipment and even after delivery, support asked if everything had arrived and if everything was working. So you want support in case of problems. Thanks a lot Radioddity support team - especially Kate.
